The Valentine’s proposal did take many by surprise given Cowell’s past comments that he would never consider marriage to anyone.

Reportedly valued at $450k, the diamond ring was only glimpsed briefly as they exited the restaurant and hopped in their limo. While the details of the diamond ring design may not be clear, the fact that she was wearing it on her ring finger were quite obvious. Cowell was recently quoted talking about Hussainy and announcing to the world that ‘She’s the one’. Apparently, judging from the size and cost of the diamond ring on her finger and engagement news, he wasn’t exaggerating.
