I just received my wedding ring today, I chose one from the eternity rings collection. I thought it looked gorgeous, and I loved the boxes it came in too. My ring was exactly the same as shown in the picture/video, its great that you actually get what you are shown. I am annoyed though that I did not know of this website before when looking for my engagement ring!!

A big thank you to all at Purely Diamonds. The picture of the ring I purchased did it no justice at all, it looked beautiful online but once I actually saw it in the box and then on my fiancees finger it was totally amazing.
The service from Purely Diamonds was world class. I ordered the wrong size as I converted incorrectly between US and UK sizes and my Fiancee was only in the country for a few days and I wanted her to go back to the US with the ring on her finger. Purely Diamonds made it happen - they received the ring back from me last Wednesday and I had it back on my fiancees finger the following Friday morning looking as amazing as ever and the perfect fit ready for her to fly home Friday afternoon.

If you are like me and have never looked at a ring before with any interest and certainly not bought one, then you will not know where to start or who to trust. It is a difficult place to be and you are totally exposed because you have no idea if you are getting value for money or the right quality. I did the walk from shop to shop in Hatton Garden and formulated a few ideas talked to a few jewellers, but could never escape the feeling that I was a punter to be sold to.
I visited Purely Diamonds at their showroom in London and made the decision to buy because I felt that I could trust them. Purely Diamonds put the rings together in house, make no hard sell and their price list is systematic rather than figures being plucked out of the air.
I also liked the fact that because the team actually make the ring, if the ring was not quite right after I popped the question, that they would happily help with any changes.

My initial reason for choosing Purely Diamonds was that they were the online retailer I could find who made the 4 Cs you were getting immediately apparent, and having never bought a serious diamond before this was a huge plus. It was also great being able to customise each piece to my budget. The customer service in every aspect was fantastic, and while the packaging certainly wowed my other half, this was in no way close to the ring when she saw it. If you are like me and have never looked at a ring before with any interest and certainly not bought one, then you will not know where to start or who to trust. It is a difficult place to be and you are totally exposed because you have no idea if you are getting value for money or the right quality. I did the walk from shop to shop in Hatton Garden and formulated a few ideas talked to a few jewellers, but could never escape the feeling that I was a punter to be sold to. I visited Purely Diamonds at their showroom in London and made the decision to buy because I felt that I could trust them. Purely Diamonds put the rings together in house, make no hard sell and their price list is systematic rather than figures being plucked out of the air. I also liked the fact that because the team actually make the ring, if the ring was not quite right after I popped the question, that they would happily help with any changes.
