I supplied them with a picture of a ring that we had seen at another jewellers but the diamond was very small and they did not do it in platinum. Purely Diamonds then agreed to make it in platinum and gave us a very good price for the ring with a better grade diamond. As promised it was delivered on time as requested. What can i say!!!?? I was extremely dubious about purchasing such an expensive item online and without seeing the ring in person, however I can absolutely recommend Purely Diamonds 110%!! The day after I placed my order I rang to confirm they had it as I was a bit panicky and Emelie was lovely and reassuring. I just received my wedding ring today, I chose one from the eternity rings collection. I thought it looked gorgeous, and I loved the boxes it came in too. My ring was exactly the same as shown in the picture/video, its great that you actually get what you are shown. My initial reason for choosing Purely Diamonds was that they were the online retailer I could find who made the 4 Cs you were getting immediately apparent, and having never bought a serious diamond before this was a huge plus. It was also great being able to customise each piece to my budget. The customer service in every aspect was fantastic, and while the packaging certainly wowed my other half, this was in no way close to the ring when she saw it. I have since recommended your company to friends based on my experience (and the prices you can do), and used the company myself a further two times since getting the engagement ring. If you are like me and have never looked at a ring before with any interest and certainly not bought one, then you will not know where to start or who to trust. It is a difficult place to be and you are totally exposed because you have no idea if you are getting value for money or the right quality.
