All our jewellery is guaranteed for 3 years against manufacturing faults.

We will professionally clean your jewellery, free of charge, once within the first year of purchase.

If at any time you need a ring re-sized we will gladly do this for you for a small charge to cover costs. Please contact us via email at sales@purelydiamonds.co.uk before sending your ring back for sizing.

The free valuation document you receive with each purchase is your proof that what you are purchasing is as described on our website (and has the same estimated RRP value as displayed on the website).

If your item is accompanied by a diamond certificate, this is your assurance of the quality of the diamond/s you have purchased from us.
