If you are going for a bolder option you can leave the photo of the ring as a bookmark for him to discover when he next goes to read, or even in his wallet. And what if I get an engagement ring that I hate…?

First of all, don’t panic! Just because you weren’t given the ring that you envisioned wearing for the rest of your life, it doesn’t mean that you won’t fall in love with it in the future.
