How do I know when my item will be delivered?

One your order is complete, we will send you an email once your item has been dispatched so you will know when it’s on its way to you. This email is sent in the evening between 5pm and 7pm and will included all the tracking information for you to trace your delivery.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK so you can expect to receive your item the following day (9am to 4pm Monday to Friday) and TNT for deliveries outside the UK (delivery times may vary depending on your location so do check your tracking link).

From time to time there can be delays through our delivery partners that are outside our control. Do contact us if you are experiencing any problems with your delivery and we can investigate this for you.
