Can I still order from Purely Diamonds?

Yes, our website is still accepting new orders. Our workshop is operating safely and securely and we are able to still manufacture your Purely Diamonds jewellery

Are there longer production times?

All our orders will be produced between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the complexity of your item. Contact the team should you require something for a particular date.

Can I still have a virtual showroom appointment?

Yes, our expert team is at hand for a virtual online appointment where you can view our jewellery collections via Zoom meeting and we can help guide you through your purchase. Book an appointment online.

Is your returns policy extended?

Yes, we have extended our returns policy for Christmas, you can return your item up to January 31st 2021 for a full refund or exchange for another item.

Am I still able to have my jewellery repaired or resized?

Yes, fill out our repair and resize form and follow the instructions to send your items back to us.

Am I able to collect my item from your showroom?

In line with government guidelines, you are able collect your items from our Farringdon showroom safely, add our address as your delivery address, or contact us regarding an existing order.

When will your showrooms reopen?

According to government restrictions, we should be able to reopen on Wednesday 2nd December, so we can accept showroom bookings for that date onwards, if restrictions change, we will update you.
