Our bespoke ring design and bespoke diamond jewellery service
The Purely Diamonds Bespoke Design Service allows you to have a ring made to your exact specification, whether you’ve seen a design that you’d like us to make or have seen something that you like within the Purely Diamonds range, but wish to make some changes to it.
How to commission a bespoke design
Please send us any images you have of the design you like. Feel free to send links to the item if there are images of it online. To enable us to give you an accurate quote please include as many details as possible including:
1) General details
- Your budget
- Ring/finger size (if known)
- Engraving message
- When do you need it by?
2) Design details
- Stones required (diamond, sapphire, ruby etc)
- Total carat weight / Size of the stones
- Type of metal
- Photos or example images
We will create a ‘Cad-Cam’ image for you based on your specification. This is a computerised design image like the images shown below. The Cad-Cam image will show you how your bespoke design will look when finished. A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required for the Cad-Cam image.
Once you have seen the design images we will require a 30% deposit before we begin to make your ring. The balance will be due once the item is ready to be dispatched to you (usually 3-4 weeks later).
What’s the delivery time for a bespoke design?
Our average delivery time for a bespoke item is 4 weeks. If your order is urgent or you need it delivered in time for a specific date you can let us know and will be able to tell you if we are able to meet your deadline.
Deposits and refunds for bespoke designs
Please note that as bespoke items are made to your exact specifications they cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange unless they are faulty.
Please also note that deposits are also non-refundable.

Wed-Fit Rings
‘Wed-Fit’ wedding rings are custom designed to perfectly coordinate with your engagement ring. They are made in a matching metal, and the shape and style of your engagement ring will be taken into consideration, to create a custom design for a unique wedding ring that fits perfectly against your engagement ring. The result is that you have a bridal jewellery set that looks truly perfect.

Shaped Wedding Rings
Twist-style engagement rings have become increasingly popular over the last few years. We offer a range of shaped wedding rings that are designed to fit around the various twist rings.
Cut-To-Fit
We also offer ‘Cut-To-Fit’ wedding rings, which have a small section cut out of them to enable an engagement ring to sit flush against the ring.
