Can I track my order?

Yes, just get in touch with us and we'll be happy to assist.

To track your order please email us at, or simply reply to the order confirmation you received from us, and we can update you on the progress of your order and expected delivery date.  If you've requested a deadline on your order, and you don't hear from us to confirm the deadline, it means we will be able to deliver to you by that date.  If there is any issue with meeting a deadline we will always let you know.

If you create an account with us it won't actually enable you to 'track' your order online, so it's best to call or email us for an update/delivery date.
