1. Intellectual Property / Use of Website
You agree and acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content on this website shall remain at all times vested in Purely Diamonds. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by Purely Diamonds. The content of this website, including without limitation any text, audio, video and graphics, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, distributed, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Purely Diamonds. You are permitted to copy, transmit and to use content/material on this website only for the purpose of ordering products from this website.
Purely Diamonds shall have no liability for any loss (direct or indirect) arising from the use of or the inability to use this website, including (without limitation) reliance on any information/content of this website or which results from mistakes, interruptions, omissions, deletions of files, deletion of emails, defects/viruses/bugs or delays in operation.
The information/content displayed on this website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and may be changed or updated at any time without notice. If any item is inaccurately priced due to a typographical or technical error on our part, you will be notified of the error and your money will be refunded to you. You will then have the option to purchase the item at the correct price. We are not legally required to sell an item at an inaccurate price. Purely Diamonds may make improvements and/or changes to this website at any time without notice.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Purely Diamonds shall have no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for replacement or compensation arising from any information supplied by you which is inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or any other fault of the customer.
We will not be in breach of contract as a result of any Force Majeure Event.
The importation/exportation of any products may be prohibited by certain national laws, and we make no representation or accept any liability in respect of the import/export of any products you have purchased.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Purely Diamonds, and we respect your concerns.
As a general rule we don't automatically collect any of your personal information (i.e. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address).
We do collect certain non-personal information about users through the standard operation of the Purely Diamonds Internet Servers—for example, the type of internet browser being used, its operating system and the domain names (not email addresses where possible) of the users.
Purely Diamonds are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites which have links on our pages.
4. Avios / Airmiles Rewards
If you place an order via the Avios website, please be aware that you cannot also use a voucher/discount code towards your order. You also cannot use Finance/Interest Free Credit. If you do use a discount or finance, it will invalidate your Avios claim and you won't receive the points. This is explained in the Avios terms and conditions on their website.
A cookie is a text-only string of information that a website transfers to the cookie file of the browser on your computer. This allows the website to remember who you are on subsequent visits.

To help us recognise you as a unique visitor (through a special number) when you return to our website. This allows us to tailor our content or advertisements to match your preferred interests, or to avoid showing you the same adverts repeatedly.
To compile anonymous statistics which allow us to understand how customers use our site, and to make improvements. We cannot identify you personally in this way.
6. Enquiries and Reservations
We offer a reservation service whereby we can exclusively reserve a product for you by removing it from the website for a set period of time, agreed upon in advance.
You are under no obligation to purchase this product before the agreed date, but please remember that once this date has passed the item will be added to the website and made available to the public.
7. Delivery Policy
While every attempt is made to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Purely Diamonds do not warrant or guarantee the specified delivery date, and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of late delivery.
Once you have received your purchase, you become the owner of those items and they will be held at your own risk. We are not liable for their loss or destruction once they have been received by you.
8. Sales, Discounts and Vouchers
Any sales, discount and voucher codes cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code, and cannot be applied retroactively. Discount/vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with finance. Discounts and vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. If an item is purchased during a sale and then returned for an exchange, the discount applied during the sale will not be applicable to the exchange unless the sale is still in progress. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision made by Purely Diamonds (Stephen Tyler Ltd) is final and we reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw a sale/discount/promotion at any time and without prior notice.
9. Returns Policy
All items are entitled to our 60 day money-back guarantee except for "in stock/ready-made" items from our stock collection which are entitled to a 30 day money-back guarantee. You may return an item to us within 60 days from receipt of your item, for a refund or exchange.
Returns: When returning an item to us it needs to be in its original, unused, unworn condition accompanied by all certification documents (valuation and diamond report if applicable) and its box or packaging. Items damaged due to client negligence will not be accepted for a refund. Once an item has been received and checked over we will process your refund immediately, however the payment may take several days to return to your account. Please visit our returns page when needing to send your order back for a refund/exchange. The form also contains an FAQs section with further information regarding Returns.
Resizing: We will gladly re-size any item at any time after your purchase, for a small charge to cover costs. Please visit our ring resizing page when needing to send back your ring for resizing. The page explains how to send your ring back to us, the cost of resizing and other useful information. Generally resizing takes 5-7 working days, however some items can only be made within specific size ranges, and others can be specially made but this will take longer to return to you. Items that have been received and then sent back to be re-sized, will not be accepted for a refund. If you send a ring back for resizing outside of our standard 90 day free resizing period, and it cannot be resized because the adjustment is too great, we will quote you for remaking the ring in the correct size.
All items must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery which ensures there is proof of delivery. Please insure the item for a maximum value, which currently is £2,500. DO NOT write Purely Diamonds on a package when returning it to us. Instead, please write PD Ltd. This will help to prevent the possibility of theft in transit.
If the item you received was a special order for a non-standard ring size (outside of our offered range on each product), or if you ordered a 'bespoke' item (this is an item we have made and designed just for you that was not available on our website) you will only be able to return it to us if it is faulty, as it will have been specially made and cannot be resold. Our standard sizes for a product are the available sizes on our website. Your ring is only a 'special size' if you have arranged this with us, and if the size is not generally available for that particular product. Our standard sizes DO also include half sizes.
We offer a 5 year guarantee against manufacturing faults. Please note: If you have an item repaired, resized or polished by anyone other than Purely Diamonds, it will render your warranty with us invalid.

10. In-Stock / Ready Made Items
All in-stock/ready made items come with a 30 day returns policy, not a 60 days return policy as our made to order items do. You may return an item to us within 30 days from receipt of your item, for a refund or exchange. Please note that in-stock/ready made rings can only be resized to the scale of size shown when purchasing. If you return a ring purchased from our stock/ready-made range and require a size outside of this range, the ring will need to be remade and therefore you would be required to pay the difference between the stock item price (if this had discount applied to it) and our regular made to order full price item. If you do not wish to do so you are of course entitled to a refund, or an exchange for an item of the same value. Finance cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or promotional price.
