Our Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This means every purchase with Purely Diamonds is completely risk-free.

All returns must include the original box, documents and certification provided with your item. Please download and complete the Return & Exchange Form for full details.

Every made-to-order piece from Purely Diamonds is still covered by our 30-day guarantee. If your jewellery isn’t quite right, you can return it unworn for a full refund or exchange – no questions asked.

All of our in-stock items also come with the same 30-day money-back guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind when shopping online or in our showroom.

Please note that bespoke jewellery, created to your individual design specifications, is exempt from our money-back guarantee and cannot be refunded or returned.

- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

- Credit/debit card refunds usually take 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

- Exchange items can be of higher or lower value – we’ll either refund the difference or take payment for the balance.

Please note: If your item has been repaired, resized or polished by anyone other than Purely Diamonds, your warranty will be void.

All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or another tracked and insured courier. The item must be insured for the full price paid at purchase:

- Royal Mail cover levels: up to £750, £1,000 or £2,500 (their maximum).

- If your jewellery cost more than £2,500, our insurance adds up to £2,500 extra cover, giving a total maximum of £5,000.

- If your item cost over £5,000, please contact us to arrange a safe return option.

Important: You only need to cover the purchase price paid to Purely Diamonds ‐ not the higher amount listed on your valuation document.
