Product Warranty

At Purely Diamonds, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewellery. Every piece is made to order in our London workshop and undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets our exacting standards.

We are pleased to offer a 5-year warranty on all of our products against any manufacturing faults or defects.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Issues arising from normal, intended wear that are deemed a result of a manufacturing fault (e.g. loose settings, faulty clasps, or abnormal wear of metal)

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, or neglect
• General wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, worn prongs)
• Loss or theft
• Repairs or alterations made by a third party

If you believe your item has developed a fault covered under warranty, please contact our customer care team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for images and will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Even outside of the warranty period, we are always here to help. We offer a full range of aftercare services including polishing, resizing, and repairs to keep your jewellery looking its best.
