At Purely Diamonds, we source your chosen diamonds from diamond manufacturers all around the world. Because we want to offer the best value and best variety, you may sometimes find the same diamonds listed with other online retailers.

We pride ourselves on being as price competitive as we can but understand that sometimes some retailers may have the same stone at a lower price which is why our Price Match Program will try and match the diamond price you’ve found elsewhere.

If the diamond listed on our website can be found for less elsewhere, simply get in touch us and let us know where it is, and how much along with a link, and we’ll do all we can to match the price you’ve found.

Terms & Conditions

• Price match excludes any promotions, offers or discounts offered by other online retailers.
• Price is for GIA or IGI certified stones only and the discount is online on the diamond itself and not the piece of jewellery.
• All quotes provided will be valid for 48 hours to prevent any price fluctuations within the market.
• A price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions at Purely Diamonds.
• Our Price Match Program must be used prior to purchase and cannot be applied post purchase.
• Whilst we always do our best to price match a diamond listed elsewhere, it may not always be possible if a diamond is being sold under market value.
• We reserve the right to cancel our Price Match Program at any time.
