SILVER SAMPLE SERVICE

Try Before Your Buy

Choosing an engagement ring is a big decision, and we understand you might want to see your favourite design in person before ordering. If you can’t visit our London showroom, our Silver Sample Service lets you try on a replica at home first.

Our samples are exact replicas of our engagement ring designs, crafted in silver and set with cubic zirconia stones, which are a perfect stand-in for diamonds. They’re designed to give you a true sense of the ring’s look, scale, and style before you make your decision.

If your chosen design isn’t available in the exact carat size, we’ll do our best to include a similar sample and may set a cubic zirconia stone in your preferred size for comparison.

How It Works

To request a sample, simply let us know which design you’d like to try.


  • A fully refundable £100 deposit per ring is required.
  • A non-refundable £15 payment covers postage both ways and full insurance in transit.
  • Your deposit will be refunded once the sample is safely returned using the pre-paid tracked envelope we provide.
  • Some intricate designs may carry a higher deposit (£150-£200). We’ll always confirm this before sending.
  • Please note that all silver samples are made to a standard size N-O and cannot be produced to individual ring sizes.

Ordering Additional Rings

If you’d like to view more designs after your first order, a new payment will be required to cover postage and handling. This will be £115 per ring, with £100 refunded on return and £15 (including VAT) retained for postage and returns.

Terms & Conditions

  • This service is available within the UK only.
  • Please return samples within 48 hours of receipt using the pre-paid tracked envelope via your local Post Office.
  • Samples can be tried on but not worn, as this may cause marks or damage. If damage is found, your deposit may be retained.
  • If a sample is not returned, the full cost of the replica (up to £300 per ring) will be charged.
  • You may request up to 2–3 samples at a time.
