We use a fully insured, secure, signed-for delivery service -
Royal Mail Special Delivery.


How will my jewellery be delivered?

Delivery within the UK
We offer free delivery within the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is fully insured during transit and is a next-day delivery service, which will arrive before 1pm the day after we post the item and will require a signature.

If you are out, Royal Mail will leave a card. The package can be collected from your local Post Office or a re-delivery arranged with Royal Mail.

Delivery within Europe
We use Royal Mail International Signed For. This delivery services takes approximately 3-4 days to arrive after dispatch.

Delivery by Royal Mail International Signed For within Europe is free and your item will be fully insured during transit.

If you need your item faster, you can select the TNT Express courier option during checkout, which in most cases is next-day delivery after dispatch.

TNT Express costs £30 and your item is fully insured during transit.

Delivery outside Europe
We use TNT Express. If you are outside Europe you may have to pay custom duties and taxes when you receive your parcel so please be aware of this before you place an order. We do not have information on custom duties/taxes but you should be able to look this information up online for your specific country.

How long should I allow for my order to arrive?

As most of our jewellery is made to order we suggest you allow 10 working days for delivery. More intricate pieces, full eternity rings and bespoke items can take 15-20 working days. You can see estimated delivery times on each of the product pages.

If an item is in stock it can usually be delivered within 48 hours. In stock items are marked on the website, you can see them here.


How do I know when my item will be delivered?

Once your item is ready we will email you to let you know your order has been dispatched. For UK orders the email will inform you that your item will be arriving with you the next day after dispatch, before 1pm.

We generally email delivery confirmations workdays between 5-6pm, so do please check your email in-box in the evening if you think your item is due the following day.


Can I have my order sooner?

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ requirements. If you need your order urgently or in time for a specific date, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to have your item ready. Please use the ‘Date Needed By’ section on the product page during the order process to tell us of your deadline.


If I live with my partner will delivery spoil the surprise?

Our jewellery is delivered in discrete packaging with only ’PD Ltd’ written on the package. The shape and size of the parcel will not suggest the contents is jewellery and the outer covering is a Royal Mail Special Delivery silver package so it looks like a regular special delivery parcel. The content of the package will only be revealed upon opening.
