Every piece of jewellery has different delivery times, but when browsing our website, each item will have their delivery dates on their associated product page. All items from our existing collection will be with you within 2 to 3 weeks.

Yes. After you have placed an order, you will receive email confirmation almost immediately.

Please do check your junk mail folder to make sure our automated confirmation has not been diverted to that folder.

If you don’t receive an email confirmation, it might mean you entered your email address incorrectly.  If this is the case, please email us so we have your correct email address and we will amend this for you.

Yes of course. We’ll update you via email when production begins on your order and then we’ll notify you when it has been dispatched for delivery.

For any updates in the meantime, feel free to contact us and we can let you know how your order is progressing and give you an estimated delivery date. If there are any issues with meeting a deadline we will always let you know. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payment can also be made by PayPal and bank transfer (BACs payment). For UK orders we also offer financing through our finance partner Novuna.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges, and include a free valuation document as well as a faux-leather lined presentation box, inside an outer gift box with a silver ribbon.

The price you see is the price you pay (no hidden extras).

If you have a preference for the smaller box (it’s very good for engagement rings as it’s nice and small!) please mention this in the Special Requirements box when placing an order or email us at [email protected].

If your item is accompanied by a diamond certificate, this is also included in the price.  Each product has a ‘Certified’ logo in the product customisation section if it does include a certificate.

Each item also displays an RRP price, this is to show you the recommended retail price that you would expect to pay in a high-street shop or similar.  This RRP price will be the amount on your valuation document that you receive from us.

The reason our prices are much lower than RRP is because we make all our jewellery in-house in our London workshop.  By cutting out the middleman and purchasing directly from a manufacturer, you can make a huge saving!

RRP stands for Recommended Retail Price

Each item displays an RRP price, this is to show you the recommended retail price that you would expect to pay in a high-street shop or similar.  This RRP price will be the amount on your valuation document that you receive from us.

Purely Diamonds gift cards are now available to purchase. You can add any sum of money you desire to a gift card and it can be redeemed via our online store, over the telephone or in person at our London and Manchester showrooms.

Why not give someone you love, a special and thoughtful present with one of our gift cards, ideal for birthday, Christmas or anniversary gifts.

To purchase a gift card, visit our gift card request page (see button below) and fill in your details. A member of our team will contact you to verify any details and take payment for the Gift Card. Once payment has cleared we can ship the gift card to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery or you can collect it from one of our showrooms.

To redeem the gift card, simply enter the code found on the back of the voucher card into the discount code section during the checkout process on our website.

If you are redeeming the voucher with a telephone order, please call us with the voucher card number.

Finally, if you plan to redeem the gift voucher at our London showroom, please ensure you bring the voucher with you.

Once your order is complete, we will send you an email to let you know your item has been dispatched and on its way to you. This email is sent in the evening between 5pm and 7pm and will included all the tracking information for you to trace your delivery.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK so you can expect to receive your item the following day (9am to 4pm Monday to Friday) and FedEx/TNT for deliveries outside the UK (delivery times may vary depending on your location so do check your tracking link).

From time to time there can be delays through our delivery partners that are outside our control. Do contact us if you are experiencing any problems with your delivery and we can investigate this for you.

We use ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ within the UK (9am to 4pm delivery) or FedEx/TNT Express for deliveries outside the UK.

The packaging is completely discreet and will not give anything away.  The package just states ‘PD Ltd’ as the sender for insurance purposes and the contents are not identifiable in any way.

Please note, delivery is free within the UK, (£20 to European and £40 rest of world) and your item will be fully insured and tracked during transit.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a next-day delivery service, which should arrive before 4pm the day after we post the item and will require a signature. Please note, the time it takes to make your item will be shown on the product page when you place the order (most items take approx 2 weeks, some take 3 weeks).  Next day delivery refers to the service we use once your item is dispatched and doesn’t mean your order will be delivered next-day.

If you are out or unable to answer the door…

Royal Mail will leave a card and the package can be collected from your local Post Office or a re-delivery arranged with Royal Mail.

We will email you usually between 5-7pm the day your item is sent, so you know to expect your delivery the next day.

If you need your order urgently or for a very specific date, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to have your item ready in time.

To check with us if we can meet your deadline, please email us at [email protected] or call 02078372964 and have the product code ready.

Please use the “Special Requirements / Date Needed By” section on the product page to tell us of your deadline. If we can’t meet your deadline for any reason, we will always let you know, so if you don’t hear from us that means we can deliver in time!

For UK orders, we use a Royal Mail Special Delivery branded parcel to send your order, for international orders we use a plain blue delivery package

For all orders sent outside of the UK, we use FedEx/TNT Express for delivery.

Delivery is charged at £20 within Europe and £40 for the rest of the world. Delivery time can vary once your order has been dispatched depending on where in the world you are. Contact us for more information or use your tracking number to trace delivery once your order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival in your chosen country. You will not be charged UK VAT when paying on our website with a non-UK delivery destination.

All display boxes are made to measure for the jewellery they house and are lined with faux leather for a luxurious but ethical appearance. Earring and pendant display boxes are fitted with special inserts to display them in the best possible way.

We also provide display boxes for pairs of wedding rings, with an insert that allows for both rings to sit comfortably within the box, very useful for your wedding day.

If you receive a smaller box, but would have liked the standard size box, please email us and we will happily send one to you.
