How to Commission a Bespoke Design
1. Send Us Your Ideas
To start your bespoke journey, simply share your inspiration with us. This could be:
- A photo of a design you love
- A sketch or Pinterest board
- A link to a style online
- Or even a variation of one of our own designs
The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life.
Helpful things to include:
- Your budget
- Ring size (if known)
- Preferred delivery timeline
- Any engraving you’d like
- Choice of stones (diamond, sapphire, ruby, etc.)
- Metal preference (platinum, yellow gold, rose gold, white gold)
- Total carat weight or individual stone sizes
2. CAD Design Creation
Once we understand your vision, our design team will create a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering. This lifelike 3D image allows you to see exactly how your bespoke piece will look before it’s made.
A £150 non-refundable deposit is required for this stage. This includes one round of amendments to the design, should any changes be needed.
Additional CAD revisions or image renders beyond this will be charged at £50 per round.
Want to feel the piece in your hands? Add a wax model for just £65 – perfect for visualising proportions and shape before we start crafting in metal.
3. Crafting Your Jewellery
After you approve the CAD design, we’ll begin production in our London workshop. We require a 30% deposit to begin making your bespoke piece, with the remaining balance due upon completion (usually within 3-4 weeks).
Things to Know Before We Begin
- Final Design Approval: Once you confirm your CAD design, production begins – changes after this point are not possible.
- Pricing:
- Bespoke diamond rings and jewellery start from £1,500
- Matching bespoke wedding bands start from £750
- Turnaround Time: Most bespoke orders are completed within 4 weeks, but if you have a specific deadline, let us know – we’ll always try to accommodate.
