How long will my order take to process?
Every piece of jewellery has different delivery times, but when browsing our website, each item will have their delivery dates on their associated product page. All items from our existing collection will be with you within 2 to 3 weeks.
2 Weeks
Most of our items will be produced in 2 weeks including the majority of engagement rings, wedding bands and diamond jewellery.
3 Weeks
For designs with more diamonds such as more intricate engagement rings, cocktail rings or full eternity rings these will take 3 weeks.
3 Weeks+
Creating something bespoke? As our design team get to work, this process takes around 3 to 5 weeks depending on your chosen design.
If you need your order sooner or for a very specific date then do let us know as we’ll try to expedite your order if we’re able to. You can leave a note in the “Special Requirements / Date Needed By” section when placing your order to let us know. Alternatively, our ready-made jewellery items are a collection that is available within just a couple of days.
