All stock and made-to-order pieces are covered by this 30-day money-back guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind. Bespoke jewellery is not covered by our returns policy because of the custom nature of the design.

All our jewellery is guaranteed for 5 years against manufacturing faults. Please note: If you have an item repaired, resized or polished by anyone other than Purely Diamonds, it will render your warranty with us invalid.
